My work explores nested realities, examining my perceived (and sometimes imagined) relationship between my personal experience and the experiences of others which I long to understand and connect with. Inspired by movies, Craigslist ads, social media, and often informational websites about natural phenomena of the past, I'm fascinated by the social dynamics of our interconnected digital realm, transcending time and place. Through my art, I’m able to invite viewers to investigate and experience these yearnings for connection alongside me.
